Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

• Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
• Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get an email when your order ships.
• We currently ship to US addresses only.
• Local pickup is available at checkout. We'll email you to arrange a time and place.

Returns & refunds

• All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us at brightnbeautifulshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Everything is handmade, so small variations from the photos are part of the charm and aren't considered damage.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of our approving them.

Privacy

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• We use your name, email, and address only to fill and ship your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't send marketing emails.
• Messages from the contact form are delivered to our email inbox.
• Your cart is saved in your own browser. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
